Free shipping on every order
Every order ships free, with no minimum, to the United States and every other country we ship to.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays, peak periods or customs checks.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Address changes and cancellations
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it or cancel your order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
Lost or delayed packages
Email magicfatecontact@gmail.com if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived 20 business days after it shipped. We'll look into it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or a refund.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and paid by the customer.

We ship to the United States and many other countries. Checkout will show whether we deliver to your address.
