Pick the knee you will wear it on. The dial sits on the outer side of that knee.
Which size should I get?

Start with your weight: M 99–143 lbs, L 143–187 lbs, XL 187–231 lbs, XXL 231–275 lbs. Between sizes? Go larger and tighten with the dial.

Sleeves slide when the fabric loosens. With the dial you can re-tighten any time without taking it off, and a silicone band grips at the top edge.

It is a thin nylon-spandex knit, not neoprene, so it breathes better than a thick brace.

Loosen the dial fully, hand wash cold and air dry. Do not machine dry or iron.

1 Wrap is one ankle support. 2 Wraps is two ankle supports of the same color, for both ankles or a spare.

The fabric is about 1 mm thin and the heel is open, so it sits flat inside most sneakers.

Slide your foot in, then pull the Y-shaped strap across the front of your ankle and press it closed as snug as you like.
